SPONSORING THE UNDER 9 LIONS & PUMAS
Stambridge Meadows Care Centre in Great Stambridge is the latest care centre to take part in the Southern Cross Kit Sponsorship programme by sponsoring a local under 16’s football team.
The care centre is providing funds for 22 football kits as part of the Southern Cross Youths Sports Kit Sponsorship programme. This programme looks to encourage healthcare and fitness in the younger generation as well as building links within the local community. The youth organisation agrees to become a partner to the care centre and take an active part in the life of the care centre.
Experience has shown that both the service users and the children gain from this relationship and exchange of ideas.
